Body Back® is a results-based workout designed for moms who want their body back, whether they just had a baby or their last child was born twenty years ago! Most importantly, it will help women unlock their personal possibilities in an inspiring and powerful environment. Body Back® clients experience targeted high-intensity workouts, inspiration and motivation in every class. When done in conjunction with founder Lisa Druxman's Mama Wants Her Body Back meal plan, moms have a surefire combination for success.
What Does Body Back® Include?
The workouts have been clinically proven in a university research study to help moms lose the weight and return to their pre-baby body composition and confidence. Moms all over the country are achieving results that they never dreamed possible.
New Clients can enjoy two months of membership with intense Body Back workouts and healthy lifestyle changes with the option of up to 5 classes per week and all of the additional benefits listed above. Once you have completed your first two months of Body Back you can then switch to the Returning Client Plan for additional savings.

Do I need to Pre-Register or can I just show up?
Yes, you must pre-register unless it is for a free DEMO class. Your certified Body Back instructor will contact you to go over what your first class will look like and the two of you will create a plan of success for you. Feel free to contact firstname.lastname@example.org at any time!
Can I bring kids to Body Back?
No. This class is for women 18 and up without children present.
Can I do Body Back if I am pregnant?
No. This workout is not intended for pre and post-natal exercise and we do not recommend following the meal plans during pregnancy. If you become pregnant during the course of your Body Back session, please notify your instructor. We offer Fit4Baby and Stroller Strides as appropriate pre-natal exercise programs.
What do I need to bring to class?
Plenty of water, a towel for your sweat, if you like, and a positive attitude and willingness to try new things!
What is the workout like?
Body Back has 3 formats: Rounds, Traveling and Circuit. Each is a High Intensity Interval Training class with a combination of Cardio, Strength and Core. This method (HIIT) is proven to yield the best results and the highest afterburn of calories.
Do I need to be in great shape to participate in class?
No. We have all fitness levels in our classes, but we will warn you; these classes are hard! Our goal is to deliver a workout that will challenge any fitness level. You might not be able to do every single thing your first class, but you will be able to by the end of your 8 week session!
